James, you did not tell us what you tried. Here is the way to set up your Keurig:
Programming Auto Off Timer Feature
Set the brewer to turn off two hours after the last brew.
1. Press the Power Button to turn on the brewer.
2. Press the black Auto Off Button to turn on the Auto Off Timer feature. The green Auto Off Light will illuminate. When the Auto Off Timer is enabled, your brewer will automatically turn off two hours after your last brew.
3. To disable the Auto Off Timer, simply press the black Auto Off Button again and the green Auto Off Light will turn off.
Hope this helps, good luck.

What if auto off light is on but the unit stays on after 2 hours?? That’s what’s been an ongoing issue for us (auto-off feature stopped working)...
This is the same problem I have. Auto light is on but the unit stays on. It has never worked since purchase
I have same problem
Yep. Doesn't turn off for me either.
Same problem, won't turn off with auto off light illuminated.
FIRST SET THE CLOCK...I had the same problem after my house electricity went off momentarily.
First, reset the clock to the time of day, then enable the auto shut off. That solved my problem and my coffee maker now shuts off automatically after two hours.
