Push the power button, screen blinks, and then turns off

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can take or send my Nintendo dsi to get repaired. The problem is no matter how long we charge it for it just won't turn on. I push the power button, the screen will flash once, and then it'll turn off. Can anyone help?
