Samsung galaxy s3 touchscreen doesn't work, What do I replace?

i Replaced the screen, but the touchscreen doesn't work for Samsung galaxy S 3, what do i replace? everything works except for touchscreen. I used hydrogen peroxide to clean the LCD and i hope it was okay to use that.
