No keys on my keyboard work all key caps on new battery's in
My keyboards keys all except z are broken any ideas to fix?

Do you mean they are missing the keycaps. If the buttons are working you could order a set of replacement caps. Here's one source: The Book Yard at aprox. $7.00 a piece.
You may want to think about just buying a new one as being cheaper.

All key caps are there but no response from any of them
Does the keyboard show up in the Bluetooth listing as being active and do you see the battery level info. If not it could be the battery is dead or the Bluetooth setting for the keyboard is not active in the settings section.
