iPad 4 won't turn on/charge/sync after drop?

Recently dropped an iPad 4, screen stayed intact. Screen went buggy and then turned back on and worked for a week or so. Then it died, won't turn on, won't charge (no sound) and isn't recognized by any computer. So I took it apart and saw no visible internal damage and nothing was loose. Plugged the charger in and noticed that the motherboard heats up but the batteries remain cool, maybe the charge isn't getting to the batteries? Unsure of what to do at this point. Thanks I'm advance for the help.
