How do you manually remove a CD when the motor can't?

We can't remove a CD. It sounds like the motor is trying to work but is not able to push the disk out. Is there a way to pull it out by hand? Do we have to open the computer to do it or can we sneak in a tool at the CD port?

Good luck man. I was a Genius for about 3 years and when any Mac came in with a stuck CD because the drive had failed, we had to remove the drive and take it apart. Sorry for the bad news, but I'm confident there's no other way.
