New LCD's not working with CDMA

I tried 3 different LCD'S on this phone and none will give me a video, I can only see the screen do a slight flicker as if the back light is turning on but there is nothing after that. I have plugged in the old LCD and it works fine. I have had this problem before and it has always been CDMA 4 and I have never found a solution. Does anyone have any idea whats going on here? Also these new LCD's are working on other phones such as 4S.

What iOS is the iPhone on? If iOS 5 and some 6 the new screens will not work and the phone needs updated to ios7 and the screens will work
