touch is not working? screen will not go down!
I did a ipod repair today and as i put it down it wouldn't go down and it also had no touch so every time i went to slide it to unlock it wouldn't

First thing to test is the screen before you stick it down just to make sure everything is working the touch cable is a bugger to install but once you think it's clipped in place put the logicboard back in it's place and push down above were the touch cable plugs in this will give it a snug fit..
As for the screen not going down correctly make sure that the bezal is not pushed in were the ipod was dropped previously. U can bend it back into shape with a pair of fine tip pliers
