iPhone went off, boot-loop when at the recharger

Hello,

a few days ago my iPhone went off although the battery was loaded.

Few times i managed to turn it on again but now it is off and won't turn on. When i connect it to the recharger it gets stuck in a boot loop. That means: the display is black and off, than it turns on the white apple-logo appears for a few seconds, than it disappears and the display is off, after a few seconds it turns on again but it won't get further than to the white apple.

I tried to reset but it is all the same.

I would be very glad for an advice what the problem could be and how to solve it. Can i replace something to make it work again?

I have no guarantee. Please help.

Do you know your battery is good? Can you swap a working battery or test the voltage and continuity on that battery i have known of weird loops to happen from batteries that are 99% dead and get some weird stuff going on inside.

Did you get the iPhone wet? if not try to connect it to your computer and do a restore.

Hey, no i didn't get it wet. I already tried to connect it to my laptop and restore it from backup but it seems as if the *off-loop* begins before the laptop it able to recognize it :-(

no chance to do it that way :-(

Hey Matt,

i bought a new battery and there you are. Everything works again now. Even the data's not gone although i tried to reset it when it was in the loop.
