2nd Gen iPod won't turn on after replacing Lcd and digitizer.

I recently bought an ipod touch 2nd Gen with a broken screen thinking it to be an easy fix. When the pieces arrived it and I replaced the old LCD and digitizer I noticed that the ipod wouldn't start. I tried everything to get it to turn on, I used different chargers, but I couldn't even get the dead battery logo.

Answer this question I have this problem too

After LCD replacement it requires a reboot.

Press home button and power button while its connected to charger until you see apple logo or battery charging image. Normally 20 seconds enough.

I hope power button and home button works well todo that. You can not be sure about home button since it came with new digitizer.

Good luck ...
