What type of connection is this Blu-ray drive, are there any adapters?

I scavenged the blu ray out of my dead all in one home theater. The only problem is I have no idea where I could possible use these type of connections. The home theater I had a sony hbd-n790w. I was wondering is there any type on adapter I could use for maybe connecting it up a computer (this connection to sata). I attached a picture of the connections.

Matt Cammarano, sounds like an interesting project. It sure does look like something proprietary to Sony. The drive is a BSX3 and I do have the connector pinout which may help you in trying to figure something out. It will not be a simple plug and play issue:-) Hope the images will hep you getting started. Good luck.
