You need to precised "Inside" or "Outside" the door doesnt open?

First, please check all fuses regarding 'Door actuators' and also 'Power Windows'.

After that, you will need to open the Inside panel of the door and see if cables are broken, cutted, or unconected. If not, check if you get current on the electrical connectors wires plug of the power window switch. If yes, your power Windows switch is defective. If not, you problem is somewhere of Inside the door itself. You may follow all the electrical diagrams and check where the wires is getting bad.

Good luck.

rodney, for your window the first thing you want to do is to inspect the switch continuity between terminals.

INSPECT CIRCUIT BREAKER OPERATION

(a) With the window in the full closed position, hold the power window switch in ”UP” position and check that there is a circuit breaker operation noise within 4 to 40 seconds.

(b) With the window in the full closed position, hold the switch in ”DOWN” and check that the window begins to descend within 60 seconds. If operation is not as specified, replace the motor.

INSPECT MOTOR OPERATION

(a) Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1 and negative (–) lead to terminal 2, check that the motor turns.

(b) Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 2 and negative (–) lead to terminal 1, check that the motor turns the opposite way. If operation is not as specified, replace the motor.

For the door lock inspect the switch continuity between terminals.
