iPhone 4 won't boot after screen fix

Hi

I've replaced the screen on a friends iPhone 4 and it wont boot, everything is plugged in properly all screws are in their proper places, I just took it apart AGAIN, and there is a small metal bracket loose in there.. Does anybody know where this should go (its from under the metal casing over the screen, headphone/sleep wake ribbon connectors).. Link below to photo..

Cheers,

Chris
