Can't Install Windows 8

I'm having a problem when I install windows 8 I use the cd that I have and I install it it goes through the process and then it says it's going to restart and it restarts and it doesn't boot just stays at a black screen I don't know what to do, if I put in my windows 7 disk it restores to that just can't install windows 8 hope someone can help me

HI,

Make sure when your Windows 8 CD Finish installation you remove the CD from the drive.

If it stays the same try replacing the CD of Windows 8 and install it from a different CD because it seems like your current Windows 8 CD is not writing boot sectors for load.

Try pressing F8 after restart and see if your laptop find Windows 8 instance for safe mode.
