My hd has name?
woke up one morning and my HD icon has a high lighted on title in the bottom like a file name. how do i get rid of that or how do I change that

Depending on your OS....
- right-click and change the color by clicking on the X under "Label"
well it looks like that's the only way I can find to do that on 10.6, but I remember the option being about the same for all of the recent OS X versions.
