reset everything, now have no apps or operating system

went into settings and hit reset. Now have the apple logo on center screen, with no appps or operating system. It will not turn on and boot up. How do I get it to work again??

Options

If your coputer detects your device, try a simple restore but I highly recommend you to pût your iPad in DFU mode and restore it completely.
