Why is my battery draining so quick & not charging

So my Samsung Galaxy S3 charger broke and I needed a new charger as soon as possible. Up to this point, my battery life was great, no complaints.

However, this changed when I used the next available charger, which was for an LG flip phone my parents owned. Over time, the battery life became increasingly shortened.When I noticed this, I bought two spare batteries to essentially swap in and out when the other died

I was still using the LG charger at this point and these new batteries still had terrible battery life. Nonetheless, i stuck with the swapping method until i could order an extended battery by digital energy and new samsung charger

I've done this yet the issue remains. The battery still gets drained relatively fast.

I should add, I've bought new and official Samsung chargers for my phone. When plugged to my phone, these chargers do not charge

Im almost positive it is a hardware defect. What should I do?
