replaced screen and now the wi-fi and speaker doesn't work?

I just replaced the screen in my iPod touch 4th generation. Everything looks fine but and can't get the wi-fi to work and or the speaker? The headphones work though. Is there something that I might of jiggled that will cause this?

Options

You could of accidentally covered the antenna, but the speaker could just be worn out!

You could just upgrade to the 5th generation.
