MacBook won't turn off

Hey,

i have a problem for over the year now. My MacBook won't turn off. It stops on this screen https://www.dropbox.com/s/qtwx936284ar0p...

It was on Lion and after updating to ML. I can't do system updates because of this.

I was trying resetting SMC, NVRAM, PRAM.

I wan't doing a format of HDD, because I'm worried about bringing the problem again.

Maybe You can help.

Sorry for my english. I hope You understand it.

Spinning gear when you try to turn off your system implies the system can't save the open files to the hard drive.

You will need to boot your system with an external HD or thumb drive or a bootable CD/DVD you created with Mountain Lion so you can run Disk Utility to repair your drive from it (or a third party app like Drive Genius). Make sure you have a backup of anything important before you do this. You may end up needing to reformat your HD and install a fresh copy of OS back on. If the drive is not repairable you'll need a new HD.
