its been a week since my iphone was water damaged.
Ive tried to bring him back to life using rice bag and alcohol. but still the wifi/3g aren't working.
i dont have warranty

You can get a ifixt it emergency bag and follow instruction or you can get paper bag and put rice inside, put your iPhone there and wait one day to make sure it's dry enough and don't cause more damage.
next day plug to you computer and go from there, don't worry to much. i have been there several time with my kiddos !!!!!!!

Eugene, what exactly have you done thus far? I know you said Rice and alcohol, but how did you use it? Don't worry about the rice, great first aid but it won't fix your phone. Have you disassembled your phone? What do you see?
