iPhone non responsive, getting apple logo only.

My phone is jail broken. i took it in to the people who jail broke it. Both times they said they can't exsplain why out of no where the phone first says no service, then it just freez. you cant push any buttons to make it respond, and then the phone just shut down. you turn it back on and get the apple logo for a few seconds to a couple of minutes, then the logo blinks out comes back in but nothing. my phone is out of warrenty will apple still repair?
