A hardware failure could cause applications to crash ??stack in respring during a safari work
its iPhone 4..all the time crashing ...any idea will be gladly accepted..

Try deleting your latest downloaded apps, they may not have installed fully, and do a general cleanup. You may find that with apps that need more memory to run if your phone is close to full it may cause the app to stop running/crash the phone. So..look at getting rid of apps you just don't use or video's etc eating up your GB

Is it jailbroken? what have you tried so far? Have you tried ireb or any of the other recovery softwares?

Usually caused by applications and jailbreaking try this hold home button and start button for 10 seconds then only hold home button until device has the apple logo the let go and wait till your device starts up again. Also, check this video.
