Vision Store Receptionist cleans my glasses?

Vision Store Receptionist cleans my glasses with what appears to be just a dry cloth.

My glasses are then more transparent, and stay clean for several days. Why? In what way is her polishing cloth treated? Where can i obtain a cloth like hers?

Most likely they are using normal microfiber cleaning cloth. Something like this. Hope this helps, good luck.
