spill water on MacBook Pro, now many modifier keys doesn't worked

when the water spill on，my laptop is still on， now many modifier keys doesn't worked (left ctrl, left option ,left shift maybe)

any ideas? do I need to close the machine and wait for a few days , and maybe I should replace the keyboard?
