battery state doens't refresh

hi guys

have a problem with my iphone battery. The battery connector broke off a couple of days ago.. I soldered it back on it but now the problem is:

when I connect the device there is always the jack symbol (insteat of the flash)

the percentage doesn´t move..only when I restart the device..

but I noticed that the battery is charging... because when I reboot the device after loading the battery for some hours the percentage raises to 100%...

but it stays there the whole day until I reboot the device..

so actually the problem is that it doesn´t refresh..

Any suggestion or idea for me??
