''Need Help with my 3DS''

Hello, Ive been having a Huge Problem with my 3DS, Whenever i turn it on and open the home Menu the Cursor goes Ape !^@@, Either Going to the left or the right on its own, Ive tried Centering the Joy pad through the Settings and even Replacing the Joy pad Itself, i dont know what else it could be, Help!
