A1989 no power. Pulling .6A and 3W
Normally it pulls about 1.9A and 23W.
Replaced battery and still no change.
Seek thermal imagine camera shows build up on the T2 chip.

Try resetting the SMC
Power down your Mac. hold left(shift, control and option) with the power button. Hold these down for 7 seconds. Release, power the mac on.
Hopefully that works. Let me know. If it doesn't then we will work from that.
