Truetone restore without original screen

Hi. How can I restore True Tone without the original screen? I changed the screen and swapped the touch IC chip, but I forgot to program the new screen. The old screen has a damaged touch flex. Is it possible to restore True Tone in this situation? I have a qialni icopy programmer.

Is this also possible with the Qianli iCopy Plus 2.2?

I'm using a 12 Mini and I'm not quite sure, if it's the device for the job.
