My Problem
not only did the screen crack again, but after 3 weeks of using it cracked, the touchscreen stopped working
My Fix
It was quick and easy as it was the second time in a short period of time for my wife's phone.
My Advice
If the touchscreen stops working it's very hard to allow the battery to drain as it keeps going into sleep mode, but never swap the parts out if phone is stuck on. Let it drain even if it takes a week
