My Problem
Button was broken, only sometimes worked properly and needed to be pushed hard to click.
My Fix
Followed the guide, pulled the iphone apart and put it together without any bits lets over, works perfectly. Only took about 90min all up, including time to clean out the dust & lint that all phones seem to attract.
My Advice
Take your time, don't skip any steps or try to do anything out of order.
