Help needed! Strange colors on screen

Hello everyone.
Today I changed my screen + home button and I fired it up. I noticed I didnt got any reception, figuring my antenna wasn't connected right.
I detached the battery, replaced the antenna and connected everything. For some reason now my screen is acting all weird. It remembers my lock screen in the background and shows weird colors.

It's really weird.. ofcourse I checked the connectors and they're connected fine.

Hmm my old LCD works. The guy told me he sends them tested, but this is the 2nd time its not working :D
