2 CD's stuck in the CD drive
We accidentally inserted a CD with one already inside. We here the mechanism trying to eject them, but it can't.

Most cd drive have a tiny hole underneath or near the tray. Unplug the the electrical cord from cd player or drive, then gently insert a straightened paperclip into that hole. The cd tray will be mechanically released. Then GENTLY pull the tray out until you can remove the cds. After gently pushing the cd tray back closed, plug the electrical cord back into the player/drive back. It now should work as it did previously.
