How to remove stain on the back camera iPhone 4s?

History

I have this stain when I use my iPhone 4s' back camera. It's especially noticeable on white surfaces and is super annoying.

I don't think I had it when I bought the phone.

Anyone knows how to get rid of it?

It sounds to me like you have a piece of dust in-between your camera and the glass backing. Follow these directions to take of the back panel:

Installing iPhone 4S Rear Panel

then clean the glass inside and the internal camera lens.

NOTE: You will need a PENTALOBE screwdriver which is an Apple only screwdriver that you can order from ifixit or eBay.
