Why mobile gets hang and restarts

from past few days i see my mobile gets hang and restarts after some time.. its happening regularly. I formatted my mobile couple of times but no use. Can some one please help me to fix this. I also tried in safe mode but still it hangs and restarts

When you say that you "formatted" the phone, do you mean that you factory reset it?

If so, then most likely it is a systemboard problem and not a software problem.
