Philips 43PUS7354 displays moving vertical bars and horizontal bars

Hi, I have a Philips TV 4k Ambilight 43PUS7354-12. Since the beginning of this month, the screen displays moving vertical bars on the right side and horizontal bars on the rest of the screen.

The tv received absolutely no impact. We can distinguish the normal Android starting screens behind it.
