Hi @vasavi,

Are you trying to connect the laptop via WiFi to the phone's internet connection?

Have you enabled the WiFi hotspot setting in the phone, you didn't say?

Can you "see" the phone's WiFi network name in the laptop's available WiFi network list?

What is the full model number of the laptop as shown on the product information label on the bottom of the laptop?
