Both Wi-fi and Bluetooth are no longer able to be turned on.

Both my wifi and Bluetooth will not turn on when I try to activate them. I haven't changed anything that could have caused them to go out.

Can you turn on WiFi/BT when starting the phone in safe mode?

This could also be a motherboard failure.
