Is there a way I can replace the battery springs? one snapped off
Only One of my battery springs snapped off after i tried to realign it and im not sure if the camera will work with or without it.
Is this a good question?

Here's a link to the service manual that will help to gain access to the battery compartment, which would allow you to replace or repair the battery terminals - see Item #4 on page D5 (p.10 of 70 pdf).
Unfortunately the manual does not include a parts list, which would help to try and find a replacement part by searching online for the part number of the wanted part, although the parts list (example only) can be purchased.
Another option to consider is to purchase a donor camera (example only) and use it for the parts you need.
