Try to define video card problems you might just be able to fix it instead of replacing it

Thanks for the answer.

The base stopped working, the batteries are new, I changed them less than 5 months ago, purchased here on the website.

When I connect the battery to the video card, the coolers start running at high speed and the screen does not recognize the base. Neither the USBs nor the keyboard.

That doesn't sound like a GPU problem, check it's connection to the screen, also what does the screen do when you turn on the laptop, does it saty no GPU connected.

The computer probably does recognize the GPU because the coolers kick in
