If there is a problem with the firmware, how can I fix it?

After a system error warning message appeared, the power no longer turned on. What should I fix? I haven't taken any backups, so I need to restore the data.

”Your device has failed verification and may not work properly. Your device will boot in 5 seconds." After this message, my phone got to be dead boot.

I prepared a same model and transferred the motherboard, but it didn't improve.
