Why does the power go out even though there is battery left?

The power goes off when there is about 30% battery left. Then, when I connect it to the charging cable, the charging display will show about 10%. It's only been about a year since I replaced the battery. What could be the cause?

That is because since your phone is getting old, it may start glitching frequently. Try not to overcharge your phone and to get it repaired at a third party store.
