How do I get my system back to working for me and my data

My System I backed up to my google file and Google 1 account but it won't let me get my phone back to where it was I looked at it and it says the system UI is not working right now

Answer this question I have this problem too

Try updating the app / the phone upgrades available. Or try after soft phone reset.
