Why does my screen go black sometimes

Okay so my screen doesn't randomly go black all the time, it just goes black whenever there is a scene with bright flashing lights and I don't know why it does this. Would be greatly appreciated to know why this is happening and if I can stop it from happening.

It kinda seems like an epilepsy mode because it's only happening whenever there are flashing lights on screen. It only happens on the TV aswell so I don't know what it is.
