PS5 rear USB-C port capacitor value

Hello,

While replacing usb-c port I knocked of capacitor near usb legs. Maybe someone knows value of it? I have no donor boards at the moment and I am not confident in my multimeter reading of 1.25-1.3 mF

Hi!

Not sure.. looks like a SMD ceramic capacitor. But not sure which one you need as I can't find any diagram/scheme regarding this board....

But the part came off the board right, do you still have it? Otherwise solder it back on.

The most easiest thing to do is to replace the usb board.

I lost it. This port is directly on motherboard, so I need a donor board for it then.

Hmm, That would be quiet expensive. I would try another multimeter and try again to measure it. If it's still 1.25-1.3 mF, then buy the correct smd cap and solder it on it. You could just try to see if it fixes it, otherwise you probably need a donor board for it yes...
