Even rechargeable batteries have a lifespan.
Try replacing the battery and check if that resolves the problem.
Here's a teardown video that may help. The battery can be seen being removed at 8:31 minutes into the video.
Search online for HE354 battery or BPAOP00001B (this is the Nokia part number for the battery) to find suppliers that suit you best.
