Is this the correct product to replace digitizer in iPod Touch 3G?
My iPod Touch 3G has a "dead strip" so the whole bottom doesn't work except slide to unlock. I have to replace the digitizer right? So is this the correct thing to buy?

Jonathan Tran, yes it is. A bit of a PITA to work on it. I prefer to replace it with a complete assembly that includes the touchscreen glass, integrated digitizer, metal frame, and home button. something like this. or from here Lot less problems with the install, but also more expensive. Hope this helps, good luck.
iPod Touch Gen 3 Front Panel Assembly
