Whirlpool side by side Refrigerator water freezing at the bottom

There is a sheet of ice at the bottom of my freezer, I remove it and comes back. What's leaking? Any help would be great. Instructions on how to repair it would be great too.

gotta open up the back of the freezer bottom ( INSIDE) to unclog your damp tray / check the back of the refrigerator to see if the Damp try is clogged up with lit / This video will give you more on detail what to do!
