Error Code C2 after 2-3 mins on hardwood and carpet

How can I fix an Iclebo Art YCR-M05 that stops within a minute or two of starting to vacuum with error code C2 "Cannot detect floor" on any floor type?

@feli86116 sounds like you are getting this error based on a stuck wheel. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for that, use something like this video to work on it. Check the drive wheels etc. Could just be a bunch of debris that is clogging things up.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.

Many thanks for this. I was unable to videotape my (only partial) dismantling of this unit as I don't have a "selfie" stick or any way to video such an activity without somebody else holding my phone. Apologies. I just put it back together and, unfortunately, it's "C2" error message came up just the same as before. I was, however, able to remove some dust and hair but there wasn't alot and none around the wheels....so, I'm back at square #1 ....

@feli86116 lets see if we can find out which sensor/wheel is responsible for that.
