All 4 burners out at once

This is an old GE Custom 36 electric ( drop in) style stovetop). Worked today then went to use again and found out all coil/ burners not working. Model# is JP6560C1AD (per info plate under burners). What should I be looking at for issue? Coils or the main control board. Thx in advance

Hi @mmesa,

Have you checked that all the fuses/breakers allocated for the stove (there may be two), in the house power box are OK, you didn't say?

If they're blown (or if more than 1, only 1 is blown) then this may be the reason the burners don't work.

Be aware that a fuse or breaker doesn't blow without a reason so this will have to be further investigated as to why it occurred.

No, did not check fuses in power box. Will do tomorrow. Seriously, I will probably end up with replacement but was hoping for a quick fix to pull me thru Turkey Day. Thanks much for responding—much appreciated.
