When I delete any video from my gallery it will automatically delete from my Google photos app even I backed up it

Yeah, that's pretty normal behavior for Google Photos. It syncs with your gallery, so when you delete a video from your phone, it'll get deleted from Google Photos too. It's handy for keeping things organized, but I get why it can be a bit surprising sometimes.
